In the past week we have learned about Tom Crean. Tom was a Kerryman. Before he went on his last expidition he was a sailor in the British Navy. He went into the Navy when he was only fiftheen. His ship crashed into a lump of ice and they had to get into the little life boats. Around twenty men had to go into just three lifeboats. Three men including Tom went to get help. Tom's  twn friends could not go further so Tom had to go on his own to find help, Tom walked 50 miles and thee three men got rescued and he went down in history for that.

        We have have just done our Christmas test and we hope everybody does well.
